Although our construction business is based in the Northern Cape, we are a truly national company with ambitious goals and we embrace the future with a 3-phased 5-year plan that aims to grow our footprint in Africa:

• Phase 1 is already over and ran from 2009 to 2010, entailing a wholesale re-invention of our company and brand and getting our house in order to position us as a clearly-defined brand with sound governing policies and operational systems.
• Phase 2 runs from 2010 to 2013 and entails building a sustainable and profitable platform, which will form the base from which we will grow.  During this time, our priorities are to expand our stakeholder relationships; grow our company equity through strategic investments and partnerships and a strengthened asset base and prepare for continental growth.
• Phase 3 is the final phase that will commence in 2013 and should run until 2015, by which time we should have established our pathways into Africa and capture key continental markets.  This should mark a new growth cycle.
