In the recent Municipal Elections the ANC won the award for the Northern Cape. When speaking to the officials who would be elected to office there, the main concern seemed to be development in this area. And indeed, the Northern Cape is one of the areas in South Africa that is in dire need of an upgrade in infrastructure. But the government alone cannot implement all the changes that are necessary and must turn to one or more of the companies and organisations to assist in property development in the Northern Cape.
